The system is equipped with custom-designed arm gearboxes and a roller gearbox.
The arm gearbox utilizes a worm gear paired with high-strength engineered plastic helical gears, delivering low noise, high torque, and stable support.
The roller gearbox incorporates a self-locking worm–helical gear transmission that ensures smooth curtain movement and accurate positioning.
Working together, the three gearboxes provide a quiet, stable, and highly reliable in-car audiovisual experience.

Powered by a DC motor and a parallel-gear reduction system, the mechanism delivers precise control over the display’s flip-down and retract motions.
A position-sensing follower continuously detects the rotation angle to maintain synchronized, accurate movement.
An electronic lock secures the display firmly in place when retracted, preventing unintended release.
A high-reliability damping shaft further ensures stability, keeping the screen steady even during driving vibrations or sudden road impacts.
