On December 20, Smooth Technology successfully convened its 2025 Annual Business Review and 2026 Strategic Objectives & Action Planning Conference at its Shenzhen headquarters. Senior management and key team leaders gathered to review the company’s 2025 performance, assess progress against critical business metrics, and define a clear roadmap for growth in 2026.

The conference served not only as a thorough reflection on the past year, but also as a strong mobilization toward the future.

The meeting opened in a pragmatic and focused atmosphere. Members of the Executive Office presented a comprehensive review of 2025 business performance, openly addressing challenges encountered in areas such as technology development, market responsiveness, intelligent manufacturing, and production delivery. Based on these insights, clear priorities, strategic goals, and execution plans for 2026 were outlined.

Leaders from the Sales & Marketing Center, Finance Center, Hinge Business Unit, Transmission Business Unit, MIM Business Unit, Manufacturing Center, and Quality Center then delivered detailed reports. Their presentations provided a holistic view of company operations, covering market expansion, cost management, lean manufacturing, and continuous quality improvement.

Following the reports, Executive Vice President Eddy Wu delivered a keynote presentation titled “United in Strength, Driven by Dreams — To the Smooth Team That Dares to Reach for the Stars.”

He acknowledged the resilience and momentum the company has demonstrated amid a challenging economic environment, while also candidly highlighting key operational and management gaps. 

His analysis identified common issues across departments, including value alignment, cross-functional collaboration, production discipline, quality control, and compliance in delivery. The presentation clearly defined the improvement priorities for 2026, emphasizing the need to fully implement and close the loop across three core management systems: performance management, budgeting, and organizational effectiveness. 

Through systematic management upgrades, Smooth aims to build a more efficient operating engine, achieving dual breakthroughs in both performance and management capability, and ensuring the successful realization of its annual business objectives.

The conference then moved into a solemn and inspiring commitment ceremony. Participants formally signed responsibility agreements for the 2026 strategic objectives. These signatures symbolized not just commitments, but accountability. Led by the Executive Vice President, all attendees stood together and delivered a unified pledge, expressing their determination to execute with discipline and deliver results without compromise.

In the closing address, company Founder and CEO Mr. Liao delivered a powerful message that balanced encouragement with urgency. He emphasized that 2026 will be a pivotal year in the company’s development, marked by both significant opportunities and intense challenges.

Mr. Liao called on all leaders and employees to abandon complacency, “experience-based decision-making,” and habitual thinking. Past success, he stressed, must never become an excuse to lower standards. Every individual must cultivate strong self-motivation, pursue continuous growth, and take full ownership of results.

“What the company needs are builders who constantly surpass themselves and create real value. We must face the new year with a zero-based mindset and the passion of entrepreneurs.”
